This weekend I went to the Jr. Fresno Relays, gave my dog a bath, and, of course, celebrated Mothers' Day. In Jr. Fresno Relays I got 7th in long jump and got a little sunburned. NEVER for get sunscreen...especially if you're sitting out in the sun for 5 hours. When i gave my dog a bath, (which he really needed since he hasn't been bathed in a month(P.U.), he tried to jump out of the tub. It's not very fun to catch a wet, smelly, and dirty dog trying to jump out of a bath. We celebrated mother's day today. First, my family went to church. Secondly, we went to Panera Bread for brunch. And lastly, my mom opened all of her Mother's Day cards.
Other than the sunburn and having to catch your puppers, sound like a pretty good weekend. (also a bit productive:))

ReplyDeleteOh i hate when i have to help give my 100 pound dog a bath. He tries to jump out of the tub and it just becomes a mess. We have to do it in our bathing suits becausehe is so messy.
ReplyDeleteI always hide behind a curtain when he shakes because it gets everywhere! one time I wore a rain poncho, though I looked ridiculous, he couldnt get me wet! :D
ReplyDeleteI hate how when they shake water gets EVERYWHERE!!!

ReplyDeleteI also gave my dog a bath this weekend!!! And everyone's right, your dog is so cute!! My dog shook most of the water on her all around the bathroom. It was a big MESS!!! I usually lay a towel on my dog so it soaks most of the water off. It is so cute!!! Anyway, sounds like u had a pretty good weekend lexi.(except for the sunburn) :D
